January 2007 – how time flies! We are past the half way mark in our Divine ascension process, can you believe it? The Earth and all of humanity are transitioning more and more from a 3rd to a 5th dimensional frequency (and corresponding consciousness). Those who are not opening to the change are being placed into situations of surrender in order to shift and allow change in, or they are choosing to leave the planet.

There is no point denying or avoiding this Divine ascension process. There is no hiding from the process or your destiny within it! The process is there to be seen for all who wish to open their eyes and really look. Just as it is there for all who wish to open their senses and truly feel it!

There can be no doubt that change is afoot and it is exciting! How wonderful to be awake, aware and participating! It is hard to miss the dramatic weather, climate changes, mass exoduses due to natural disasters, increases in cancer, disease and illnesses in general (lightbody symptoms) or the remarkable re-entry of the divine feminine energies onto the planet facilitating a balance between the masculine and feminine within us all (androgyny). Then there is the global awakening process that is occurring before our eyes, shifting individual and global consciousness as evidenced by a shift towards spirituality and alternative healing; the global focus shifting away from power and war towards the state of our Earth and conservation; the merging of science and spirituality in the field of quantum physics; massive global humanitarian activities; corruption and anything out of integrity being exposed; financial systems crashing; medical systems in crisis; the truth about the nature of our spirit, our connectedness to the Earth and our concept of reality is slowly being uncovered. Amazingly all of this change is being openly portrayed throughout the popular media and embraced by the public at large! Yes the signs are there for all to see!

Since 1999 many of us have been called to be of service and had to move quickly in that process, as it was our destiny to do. Others have been of service, holding a space, for a long time and are now having to embody new ways of doing so.

Right now there are no limits in relation to our enlightenment and self-mastery journey? We have been presented with a rare portal of potentiality of unprecedented proportions! How amazing that we chose to be here for it! Think about that? Are you making the most of it? What is your destiny and purpose in all of that? Do you feel it calling you?

As has been prophesised through the ages, during this time of ascension the Masters are to unite. So as light workers and emerging earth masters we must all really focus on our self-mastery and supporting all other healers, teachers and leaders within our  Spiritual Industry and our community at large to unite globally.

We cannot master in the world until we master in our own backyards. 

Now is the time for every member of the spiritual industry to step up and stand tall. Let’s embrace this new era, presenting ourselves in a new powerful, profound and professional way, maintaining our integrity at all times.  In doing so we will create a vital industry that can really support us to be of service while supporting our families. We will manifest an industry that offers a real life and career choice for the next generation of spiritual healers and teachers. We can really impact the planet so powerfully if we can achieve this objective! It is time.

A key in achieving this is for the masters in our industry to UNITE revelling in each others achievements (no matter what our modality, lineage, teachings, location or profile). Let’s cheer each other on, be proud of each others successes, encourage and support the wonderful diversity we have within our industry (after all humanity is diverse, we all have such diverse journeys and diversity is therefore essential for humanities ascension).

Let’s remember always that we are all working towards the same goal of human ascension, humanity and the Earth need us to work together, to be strong and vibrant. The tall poppy syndrome is surely out of place in the new evolved industry we are creating. I think it is also important to feel in our hearts how we are working against ourselves and our industry when we pull our peers down with our words or actions (when we are truly mastering in ourselves and in our work we have no need to do so). 

With the pressures we all feel at this vital time to shift and change and to support humanity we can all at times lose our way or feel anxious. When we are clearing and purifying so much within ourselves and in our environment we can sometimes project outwardly at others. It is important for us all to realise that when we feel such pressure we are in a time of initiation, we are feeling because we are clearing. At such times take time and go within, look at yourself and seek your truth (knowing your Chiron wounding can really help you gain clarity also), run energy on yourself, hold your light and work through your limitations clearing any blocks you find. This is such an empowering process; you will pass your initiation and move forward on your journey with much more ease. 

There is a lot to think about isn’t there! Let’s be honest for most people there is a great fear of loosing their individuality to a group and in group environments the power centre struggles at times in this process! That my friends is our industry challenge to release our spiritual wounds and our fears, to become really comfortable with who we are and own it, shifting from the power centre to the heart and uniting!
