NOTE: THIS ARTICLE IS MORE RELEVANT TODAY THAN IT WAS IN 2007 – The astrology of this year is even more intense than it was then – for those who have not shifted, there is a real push – it is simply time! For those who have been working with the energies – there is always more, we are rebirthing over and over as we integrate our Soul Self, Our Heaven onto Earth.

The last couple of months have been experienced as an emotional roller coaster for nearly every client and colleague that I have had contact with.  So if you feel you have been running an emotional marathon on the greatest proportions, you are not alone, hang in there, believe it or not, it is all happening perfectly and it is for our highest good!

With Pluto aligning with the Great Central Sun on July 17th and again on 25/26 October (a rare event usually only happening once every 248 years, but having happened twice since December 2006 and is about to happen a 3rd time), a Sirian New Year, a Sirian Gateway Activation and a new ray entering the planet to be integrated, a full moon lunar eclipse, a new moon solar eclipse, a 7:7:7, a 9:9:9:9 –  we have all truly been pushed like never before to purge deep, deep grief, fear, phobias, blocks, wounds and subconscious patterns that have been holding us back and no longer serve our evolutionary journey. 

We have all had moments of feeling depressed, mentally overwhelmed, engulfed in fear, feelings of self-doubt, disconnection, heart palpitations, night sweats, the list of lightbody symptoms goes on, not to mention the intensity of our lives shifting and changing unexpectedly and the Earth purification processes occurring!!   I have been so grateful to have the frequency healing skills to support and empower me through this time, I simply do not know what I would have done without them!!

We have all had no choice but to go through this massive purification, and truth be known, for those of us working on our spiritual growth and ascension process it has been bigger than for most– because it is simply time for us to step up! We are well into the time of transition, 7 years in fact, and things are really heating up, we are preparing to support the 2nd and 3rd wavers. 

I often find myself saying to clients, “This ascension process we are on now is huge and it is cellular!  Every cell in your body is purifying, shifting and changing and this has a very physical, emotional and lifestyle impact on you.  It is hard work right now – it is meant to be – you are literally ascending.  It is very helpful to remember that you chose to be here for this amazing transition, because you wanted to shift change and evolve, you wanted this remarkable opportunity on a soul level, so the best thing you can do is surrender to the process and empower yourself within it, opening to the many gifts that are available to you through this journey.” Kyrona

It is important to understand that spiritual growth and ascension right now is not like it has been at any other time in our human history, it is intense and inevitable, it is not all ‘ohm and peace’ and it is certainly not all about your ‘mind’ ‘positive thinking’ or ‘what you eat’ , although these things of course support you and are inevitable outcomes of raising your frequency!   It would be wonderful, and it is tempting at times like we have recently been experiencing, to run away from it all to the top of a mountain and hide away in a temple where we can have peace and be looked after, but that is not going to help us right now!  We are bringing Heaven onto Earth and we need to do it in our reality – that is the point.  No human before us has ever done this (other than Master Jesus), so be kind to yourself, honour the process and don’t be too hard on yourself.  Gain a realistic perspective of where you are at in the process and take steps towards empowering yourself wherever possible.

For lightworkers the powerful transformative energies of recent times have been even more intense!  As if we hadn’t been moving fast enough in recent years, we have had to go with these energies and move even faster in preparation for coming times and this has created a lot of change and intensity!  It has not been easy!  Many of us are looking at our reality today and saying  “I sure didn’t see that coming!”  The reality for many of us is that we have had to finish the job we started and clear, clear, clear any remaining blocks, whatever they may have been (and of course they have been the deepest ones) in order for us to now embody the new fifth dimensional frequencies in our daily lives.  Yes now we can choose to take that step – and it is time.

If you haven’t already realised it, there is no escaping, denying or stopping this ascension process.  Trying to avoid it will create anxiety, illness and struggle in your life, in order to force you to shift and change!  Realise that you are in fact purging lifetimes of wounding, grief, anger, fear, patterning, clearing density, having to balance and refine your power centre, going deeper into your heart, opening your intuition, creating hormones and chemicals to allow alchemy on a cellular level, addressing self-worth issues, owning your divinity, allowing in ether and electromagnetic frequencies, in order to shift your Crystalline Matrix to it’s highest level of attunement and ultimately anchor and integrate your lightbody (also known as activating your DNA lightcodes). 

This is a big process, it is not easy, it requires feelings, intense feelings and lots of them (because feelings create the chemicals and hormones that drive the alchemy within your body).  It requires commitment and surrender.  Understand that circumstances will come up to support your transformation and they are not always fun!  Physical symptoms do abound (lightbody symptoms),  they are necessary, we cannot do what we are doing without them, however they need not be long term, debilitating or life threatening, if you are empowering yourself by working with your energy the right way.

So how can you empower yourself at this time: 

• learn more about the Earth and Human transition process,
• have healings that support the alchemy needed in your body and work with electromagnetic frequencies to support the anchoring of your lighbody and activation of your DNA lightcodes
• learn to perform some simple healing techniques to greatly support yourself

The clock is ticking, the time is really upon us,  if you know this in the depths of your being and you have been struggling, commit to empower yourself today and watch the divine process start to weave magic into your life, allowing you to step into the life you are destined to live.
