As many of you will be aware we are currently in the middle of a vital time of divine Earth and human ascension. We are shifting from a third to fifth dimensional frequency and corresponding level of consciousness. The global spiritual community is unified in its agreement that we are NOW in this “shift of the Ages” which began in 1999 and is due for completion in 2012!

As predicted by the ancients, the shifting consciousness of humanity is resulting in the merging of science and spirituality! There is more and more scientific evidence coming out supporting the fact that we are indeed in this time of transition and anyone who is aware can easily see evidence of these changes on a daily basis. Just as excitingly the scientific community is beginning to lend its agreement to an increasing number of what used to be “metaphysical” (that is beyond physics) concepts and beliefs – particularly through quantum physics.

Every human being on the planet today has been presented with a rare and unique portal of potentiality to embody more light and shift their consciousness, with a speed and efficiency that simply could not be achieved at any other time! As a result people are awakening and shifting their consciousness and lives very unexpectedly and very quickly – I am one of those people! If it can happen to me, it can happen to anyone and trust me when I say I meet and work with such people every day! This is an exciting and historical time and we have chosen to be here for it! Think about that – it is amazing, exciting and a great honour!

To make this shift of frequency, every human being on the planet, including you, is NOW having to purify their bodies, clear karma and wounding from the cellular memory, shift the DNA, balance the masculine and feminine energies within, refine the power centre, go deeper into the heart and bring more “light” into the body, in order to begin to anchor the lightbody (which sits on the outside of the electromagnetic body and is the bridge between the physical and spiritual bodies). This process allows for reconnection to your unique gifts and talents, the higher-self, Source and shifts to higher levels of consciousness!

New illnesses, viruses, diseases, emotional and mental disorders, dissatisfaction, unexplained or increased severity of symptoms and in many cases ineffectiveness of traditional methods of treatment are all due to the lightbody!

Because of the intense changes occurring on our planet at this time, everyone on Earth is either working towards a Shift of Consciousness/Frequency Shift or is trying to embody one! For those actively working with their ascension you can experience them quite regularly. When you make a frequency shift you go through a death and rebirth process on an energetic level. These are usually times of great intensity, you can literally feel like you are standing on the edge of a cliff and about to fall, anxiety and fear can abound, you can feel totally exhausted, be suffering from bizarre symptoms, chaos can abound in your life, you can feel extreme dissatisfaction, you will find yourself letting go of the old outdated thoughts, relationships and circumstances, or being forced to! This all initiates a purification process within the body and ego.

These profound times of change and are very necessary, you are meant to move through them and to embody the shifts and changes at a cellular level and the intensity can be minimised.   The good news is as you continue to shift and change the process does get easier for you!

Unfortunately some people can really struggle with these shifts and even get stuck in them!
